holy crap only when i watch you draw do i notice all the minute details. here ill list a few you can see the mans hand reflecting in the helmet visor he has what apears to be a knife on his right side and my favorite. his hand is incredibly detailed i admire your work beyond what anyone here could
You should submit the video more often. That was fasinating to watch. I saved the page so I can go watch it whenever ^_^ I love the final picture too. The reflection with the hand and everything is very cool
I saw the video of you drawing this, And wished there was a bigger version so I could see it.
And here it is!
I was confused when you were drawing the little black shape on his helmet, Then I figured out you were drawing the reflection of his hand. I love that part the most. Just that you went into so much detail to get the reflection of his hand.
Also, I love the detail on his glove.
Wow, this is really awesome. Must be the reason why you're on my watched list. The video of you is a great reference as a step by step replay of the creative process. Definitely going to favourite this generous gift to the community.
I'd like to point out how impressive it is that you manage to make your artwork looks so detailed and full of gravity with so few and simple lines. You have an eye for composition that is to be envied.
I also want to say that I have never seen anyone make dark colors look as good as you make them.
That said there are some things that don't looks as good with this piece. The lower right part of the image and the left-most side is visibly just a bunch of rough brush strokes. Compared to the detail of the diver it drags down the overall quality of the picture. Luckily it is hard to notice because the focus in the image is on the diver himself.
Interesting vid',really helps.
So from an artistic point of view, did you use a single layer or any transparency on the brush?
Its just that i cant colour to save my life, and some help from you would be appreciated
